Had a worrying noise when going over pot holes and took to Belle Vue at 8.30 without an appointment. Despite being busy, they diagnosed a snapped front suspension spring despite car handling being unaffected (took a bit of finding). Car was repaired, ready for my 175 mile journey today. Customer Service first class from start to finish.

Visited on two separate occasions over the last few weeks. New exhaust and ball joint then a top strut mount. Both times work was completed in a couple of hours while I sat in spoons having breakfast. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.
