I visited The Music Place today to buy a guitar and amp. I'm a complete novice and I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing. I shouldn't have worried! The owner could not have been more helpful. He made time to really explain and demonstrate everything to me and I left the shop, chuffed to bits with my purchase. I would like to, whole-heartedly, recommend this absolute gem of a place. I have not been able to stop staring at the beautiful instrument I purchased. It was originally bought as a present, but the birthday boy might have to pry it out of my hands first.

Excellent service!! I took my guitar to another store in Chester who said there was a fault with the electrics in my guitar. I then took it to The Music Place where Paul had a look at it. Within 15 minutes he said there was no issue with electrics and sorted out the problem. Paul saved me nearly £80! Recommend this place to anyone passing by.

Went in the shop today with a very warm welcome my daughter needed new strings for her electric guitar and sorted it the same day very helpful and very happy with new strings my daughter even purchased a new guitar
